How Can You Explain The Feel Good Feeling Of Exercising?

I was having dinner with my sister in law 2 days ago when my Mum asked me if I am going for my regular exercise this morning.  I was at the hospital for 3 days accompanying my wife when she delivered our second child and I told my Mum that I am definitely going as I feel like a dead log and restless not being able to exercise for the past 3 to 4 days.

My sister in law looks kind of shocked when she asked:

“Do you feel that restless and tiring if you don’t go for your morning exercise?”

I sure did and I told her that because it has been a routine for me to go for my regular morning exercise, I don’t feel good if I don’t do it.  Strange as it may sound but it is really difficult to explain to someone how good the feeling is after exercising when they do not do it regularly.

Are you doing your regular exercise or following the SEEDS of life?  What is the SEEDS of life you may ask?  It is actually an acronym that stands for: S – Sleep enough between 6 – 8 hours a day that your body needs.
E – Eat a balanced diet with a good mix of protein, fiber and carbohydrates.
E – Exercise regularly of at least 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week.
D – Drink about 8 glasses of water spread over a day and not at one go.
S – Supplement your diets with food supplements to make up for nutrients that you need.

I have only been missing the last S of the SEEDS of life until I started embarking on the journey of taking nutritional supplements to make up for the daily nutrients my body needs.
