Success is about ……
First, let me say what success is not about.
Success is not about:
Skills – Have you seen anyone in your life that has excellent skills but are not successful?
Intelligence – One of the smartest people around the worlds are the PhDs but not all of them are successful.
Hard Work – Have you seen people working so hard that they are having 3 to 4 jobs to make ends meet?
Products or Services – Do you know of anyone in a same company and while some are producing remarkable results, some are failing miserably.
So as a Singaporean, if success is not about all of the above, what is success about then? Are you ready for this?
Success is about mindset.
