Comments That I Am Slim And Looks Fit…
When I was in the hospital with my wife last week when she delivered to our second child, a lot of people who came to see my wife commented that I look good now and that I look slim and fit (try not using the words lost weight because it is negative).
Most of them were asking me what did I do?
I told them that I merely started exercising at least 4 – 5 times a week and more importantly, I am more concerned with taking Bios Life before each guilty meal, as I posted previously in this blog.
Bios Life is the only alternative to address cholesterol concerns and how does it help me to be slim and fit? One is supposed to take Bios Life about 5 – 10 minutes before food and as it is made up of a matrix of fibers, one will feel full after taking Bios Life and will in turn take lesser food.
So, what is my formula for looking slim and fit, they are:
- I take 1 – 2 packs of Bios Life every day before each heavy or guilty meal.
- I take more protein and less carbohydrates now especially during dinner.
- I exercise at least 4 – 5 times a week by doing power walking or swimming.
- I have my regular an apple a day to keep the doctor away
- I do not take food 2 hours before I sleep.
