What is the cause of reflux?
Reflux or acid reflux seems to be a term that is quite commonly heard these couple of days.
My wife brought my son to see a paediatrician 2 weeks ago as my son seems to be waking up every now and then and crying and is not having good sleeps in the afternoon and in the night. However, the moment someone carries him, he will be quiet and looks as though he is going to nap in our arms.
The paediatrician commented that my son is having reflux and when he is lying down, he feels uncomfortable and is pacified the moment someones carries him upright.
What is the cause of reflux then?
I am not too sure but would like to find out more about it and based on what I understand, proper cleansing with alkaline foods like Aloe Vera and Alfafa would be good for a person who has reflux or acid reflux. Anyway, I will try to find out more and keep you updated.
