Weight Control

Weight control is done with discipline but sometimes even when you are disciplined, it is challenging to keep your weight in control.

Why do I say that?Simply because of the travel that I was doing for the past 2 weeks and after I am back home, I felt like I put on a bit of weight and to my surprise, I had actually put on 3 Kg for my past 2 weeks of travel.

I have been thinking about why did I put on so much weight if I have been disciplined about the amount and type of food I eat and I finally found out why.

It was because of the travelling that you fear if there will be any restaurants open by the time you arrive at that certain place and you eat even if you don’t feel hungry.  At times when we arrive at our destination, because there was either no food served on the plane or the food served was awful, we had no choice but to go and search for restaurants for dinner.

This doesn’t help much because having dinner at about 10 – 11 pm and with less than an hour before one goes to bed, one cannot help but to put on weight.

I am determined to regain my slim body now that I am back from my travel and am looking forward to share with you how I have regain my ideal BMI.
