More Protein, More Fiber, Less Carbo

Since I embarked on my weight management program, I have changed the way I take my meals.

I used to take a lot of rice or carbohydrates for every meal I take regardless if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner because I never seem to feel full if I don’t take enough rice.

However, come to think about it, I always feel bloated and very uncomfortable after each meal and it was not until about a year ago, did my friend told me to try changing the way I eat.

My friend advised me to try taking more protein, more fiber and less carbohydrates. I must admit that it wasn’t comfortable and never feel full initially but now after 9 months, I feel really great.

How do I make up for the carbohydrates to make me feel full? Simple, just by taking more vegetables instead.

Try it out, it really works and you will feel great. Just like most new ventures, the discomfort initially will lead to long term gain!
