    Is It Lower Back or Kidney Pain? 

    There are a lot of people that are suffering lower back pain or kidney pain and they suffer in silence.

    Constant visits to chiropractors, physiotherapist or Chinese masseurs do not relieve the pains one suffer.

    I was exactly facing the same challenges back in 2001 to 2002.

    I do not know if it was lower back pain or kidney pain and the pain was so intense that I could not even toss and turn on bed.

    I have to lie very still when I sleep at night, just like a dead corpse. I then visited a Chinese masseur for massage and I was telling him about my back pains.

    He was asking me to point out to him where will the pains and when I pointed to the both sides of the lower back, he warned me, saying:

    “Young man! You got to take care. This is the start of kidney failure!”

    I was shocked! How can this be happening to me?

    When I start to think why am I having the so called kidney pain, I attribute it to the frequent travels that I made to North China.

    The northern Chinese food has very high salt content, very oily and they drink like there is no tomorrow with the Chinese liquor.

    I start to attribute it to my eating lifestyle in North China that is causing my lower back pain or kidney pain.

    In April 2002, my friend has introduced me to an excellent blood cleanser called Super Chlorophyll.

    Taking 4 tubs of the Super Chlorophyll has completely eliminated my back pains and now after 9 years, I am sleeping and tossing and turning on bed without any pain at all.

    What Health Concerns? 

    How would you like to have an abundance of money and abundance of good health?

    Abundance of money is important but abundance of good health is even more important. I do not know about you but I would like to have abundance of both good health and money.

    Diabetes – The Impact 

    This is a truly amazing story.

    One of our business partner, has had diabetes for a long time and even with the medication that he is taking, Wan is getting the impact of diabetes. All along, I thought that the medication would be able to control it but it seems like it did not.

    Your Best Defence To Influenza 

    What is the best way to prevent yourself from getting viruses like H1N1?

    Your own body’s immune system is the best natural defences.

    A robust immune system is needed and will fight all types of infections like the flu strains going on now.

    Physical barriers are the first line of defence. The skin keeps the germs out of our bodies preventing the bacteria and viruses from entering into the bloodstream.
