Go Red For Women
Go red for women.
This has been a heart health campaign for women that I have seen since some time back and it is something that most women are ignorant about and do not know what is it.
Women are naturally more worried of getting breast cancer, ovarian cancer or uterus cancer but do you know that there are more women dying of heart diseases than any of these cancers.
We have to start educating the fact and spread the word of how women should do to prevent heart diseases.
The following was quoted in an advertisement by the American Heart Association:
“Go Red In Your Own Fashion
Go red. Anyway you want… eat red – apples, cherries, tomatoes. Leave red kisses on someone’s cheek. Laugh so hard your face turns red but whatever you do, do it for your heart. Take a moment everyday and put your hand on your heart and then make your own promise to be heart healthy.”
We all can do better with a little education and help me to spread the word of the importance of achieving good heart health with women.
Take a look at the range of products for heart health and understand what each product can do for you.

It is very scary to see so many people who are seemingly healthy (and young)die suddenly of a heart attack.
In most cases, these heart attacks are caused by soft plaque ruptures (no symptoms, no abnormal diagnostic tests, and few or no risk factors).
There is a viable solution to identify if you have soft plaque building in your arteries (regardless if you are in shape and hav no elevated risk factors).
It is called a Carotid IMT ultrasound test. This test measures the inflammation in the innermost layers of your carotid arteries (neck). Its non incasive and will detect the earliest signs of structural vascular damage (pre-disease and early disease). Your physician can then treat you clinically, rather than waiting for you to have an event, or become so clogged (moderate and advanced disease)that its time for surgery.
this test is becoming more readily available to consumers and physicians, but with all new procedures-the medical establishment is slow to catch on.

Thanks for the information Dave.
That is interesting to know what can one do to find out if he or she is in great risk of having heart attacks. I believe besides testing it, it is important to take note as well to address the concerns of high cholesterol, high triglycerides and high homocysteine level with a natural supplement called Bios Life:
