In Asia, especially the Chinese, during the Chinese New Year period, there will always be spring cleaning of the house to clear the house of the unwanted rubbish, things that are not in use but taking up much of the needed space and a proper cleaning of the house through wiping and mopping. These activities are done almost every year.
However, have you done the same for your body?
The intricate complexity of our body is truly amazing. It is even more amazing than the complexity of the car but most of us seem to take better care of the car than our body?
Why do I say that?
The moment we have our first new car, we would send it to the workshop for servicing after the first 1,000 kilometers, then the next one will be 5,000 kilometers, followed by 10,000 kilometers and subsequently, every 10,000 kilometers. The servicing of the car is mainly to clear out the unwanted stuff in the car and replace with new ones to ensure a smooth driving.
But have we done the same for our body?
Some people knows about cleansing and detoxification of our body but most of us didn’t know at all what is it all about:
- Have you done a proper colon cleanse to clear the unwanted stuff from your colon?
