Bios Life For Thailand?

author admindate 9 September 2008category Generalview comment No Comment

I am a great lover of food and after all these years of travel, my number one favorite place for food will be Thailand.  All the grilled prawns, tom yam soup, sea bass baked in salt, mango salad, fried rice with crab meat and grilled sliced pork are some of my favorites and I definitely will order some of the dishes mentioned above whenever I am in Thailand.

However, with all these high cholesterol food mentioned, I seldom hear of the Thai people having high cholesterol and am not too sure if Bios Life is needed in Thailand?

Could some of you enlighten me and tell me if Bios Life is needed in Thailand?  Does the Thais have high cholesterol issues too besides the so called “high cholesterol” diet that they take regularly?

Some of my friends told me that Thais take a lot of raw salad and that is probably one of the reasons why they do not have high cholesterol issues.

Is that right?
