Addicted To Exercise

It has been about 5 to 6 years that I have been regularly exercising and it was in the recent 1 to 2 years that I actually bring an extra pair of walking shoes with me even when I am traveling.  Previously, I always complain of the extra weight and space that the shoes take up and never got down to bringing the shoes.

Now being inspired by my colleague who always bring an extra pair of shoes, I started bringing my running shoes as well and will make it a point to go to the gym in the hotel either early in the morning or in the evening when I am back to exercise.

If you have been exercising regularly, you will know how good does it feel after exercising but if you don’t, I would strongly encourage you to do it.

Nowadays, if I go without exercising for more than 3 to 4 days, I will feel extremely uncomfortable and I think I have come to a stage where I am truly addicted to exercise regularly because if I don’t, I feel awful.

I do not jog or run on the treadmill but have started making quick walks like about 7.2 km/h because I feel that it builds up the muscles and more importantly, burning more calories as compared to just 7 km/h.  Try it and I am sure you will be able to start seeing the difference and benefits of exercising.
