<p>A University of Missouri researcher has found that eating a healthy breakfast, especially one high in protein, increases satiety and reduces hunger throughout the day. According to Heather Leidy, assistant professor in the MU Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, &#8220;Everyone knows that eating breakfast is important, but many people still don’t make it a priority. This research provides additional evidence that breakfast is a valuable strategy to control appetite and regulate food intake.&#8221; (the article and research results can be found here.)</p>
<p>The study showed that subjects eating breakfasts high in protein experiencede increased fullness and reductions in hunger throughout the morning. fMRI results showed that brain activation in regions controlling food motivation and reward was reduced prior to lunchtime when breakfast was consumed in the morning. Basically, they felt full and sated, and had a significantly reduced impulse to grab between-meal snacks.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not necessary to dramatically change your eating habits to sneak a little more protein into your morning meal. You can spread some peanut butter on your toast, or add almonds to your cereal. <p>&#8220;Eugene, you have slimmed down, what have you been doing?&#8221;</p>
<p><span id="more-101"></span>Well, you have guessed it, I have been taking Bios Life Slim consistently for the past 3 months plus and when this product was launched, I was very eager to start taking it but&#8230;<!--more-->&#8230;I was wondering how much more can I lose?</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Simply because I already started losing weight when I was taking Bios Life and for the past 6 years, I have been consistently exercising regularly every morning waking up at about 6 am to go to the stadium to exercise and I was just thinking:</p>
<p>&#8220;How much more weight can I lose since I have already lost it with Bios Life and the exercising?&#8221;</p>
