<p>However, what you eat for breakfast also counts if you will be slimmer.</p>
<p><span id="more-689"></span>The results of a study following some 12,000 adults show that people who takes breakfast has an average fewer calories per day than people who skip breakfast. Women who takes breakfast also has a lower BMI than those who don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>The drawback that researchers found was that as the calories for the day increase, so do calories and fat for the entire day.</p>
<p>Out of those who were studied, 17 percent had a meal replacement drink or bar or pastry or other items that did not fit into the food groups of fruit, grain, vegetable, meat and dairy could also see their calorie intake increase.</p>
