One CommentDuring my trip to Western Australia for a vacation few weeks ago, I was quite surprised to see that the percentage of obese people in Australia seems to be growing as compared to what I have seen 3 years ago when I went there for holidays.
According to a lady that I was communicating via email from Albany, she mentioned that the obesity rate in Australia could even be higher than those from US.
This is really alarming!
When I was moving around in Western Australia, I notice that there are more and more fast food outlets as compared to what I have seen a few years ago. Or perhaps I was not focusing so much on helping individuals to lose fat and slim down that I did not notice it before.
