I have a little secret for you. A secret that almost everybody knows but doesn’t take action. I am sure you know this secret too but you could have forgotten it because of your hectic schedule.
What is the secret?
The little secret to kick start your weight loss regime is to start off by eating an apple everyday in the morning before you start eating your breakfast.
Why? You may ask…
It is mainly for 2 purposes. 1 is to increase your daily fiber intake and as you may know, fiber helps in your bowel movements and 2, it actually starts you on a disciplined action creating good habits.
Most of the times, it is the bad habits in our everyday life that is causing us to gain weight like:
- Tendency to snack in between meals
- Timing between meals is less than 4 hours
- Eating supper and going to bed shortly after
- Always ending up eating too much
Some may say that it is because of work requirements or other lame excuses but if you notice, it is over a long period of time doing the same thing again and again that resulted in a bad habit and we end up doing what we thought ought to be right unconsciously.
So, let’s start by replacing with one of your bad habit in the morning and start with a good one eating an apple in the morning before your breakfast. I have been doing this for the past 1 year and it really feels good.
