A lot of people are always concerned about weight loss but most of them are not doing the right things to keep their weight in control.

I make the effort to take some measures to keep my weight in control like:

  1. Exercise regularly about 3 - 4 times per week and 30 - 40 minutes each time
  2. Drink protein drink and take fruits when I do not know what I want for lunch or dinner
  3. Drink my Bios Life to keep my cholesterol in check and increase my fiber intake
  4. Drink Nature’s Tea continuously for about 2 weeks in every 6 months
  5. Avoid eating after 8 - 9 pm and especially avoid eating supper
  6. Taking more meat and vegetables and less rice during dinner
  7. Eating at regular hours when lunch and dinner is concerned

Over the next few weeks, I would elaborate more on why I do what I do to keep my weight in control. I am not too sure if it will help you as how it did for me but what if it does?
